How to prepare for your Wedding Day makeup

Keep Hydrated

Everyone wants glowing, radiant skin and one of the easiest ways to encourage this is by drinking plenty of water. Keeping your skin hydrated helps to improve the elasticity which means less lines as you get older too!

We want your skin in the optimum condition on your big day so another way of adding moisture is by using hydrating face masks weekly.

Smooth Skin

It's really beneficial to start a good skincare routine as soon as possible. This means cleansing, toning and moisturising twice a day. Find suitable products which complement your skin type (ask me for advice).

You will be amazed at the difference it makes. Also why not add an exfoliator once a week to help those new products work even deeper. This will remove any dead skin cells and leave your skin super soft.

Sleep

I know it's hard but try to get some sleep the week of the wedding. We want to avoid red, puffy eyes as much as possible. If you have time then add an eye mask to your routine on the wedding morning or a cooling eye gel.

Inner beauty

Most brides start to make healthy changes to their diet when they book their wedding. It's not just about what size or shape you are. it's about being healthy. Our skin definitely reflects our lifestyle so by packing in those vitamins and reducing sugar you will see the changes.

Allergies

Please let me know of any allergies you have and we can make a plan to work around them. I am happy to incorporate any products of your own that you would prefer to use.
